Cerkiew pw. Narodzenia Przenajświętszej Bogurodzicy to drewniana greckokatolicka świątynia parafialna, zlokalizowana w Chotyńcu, zbudowana w 1615 roku. W 2013 roku została wpisana na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO, jako część zespołu drewnianych cerkwi w Polsce i na Ukrainie. Pierwsze wzmianki o cerkwi pochodzą z 1671 roku, a dziś jest jedną z nielicznych aktywnych cerkwi greckokatolickich w Polsce, które przetrwały wojenne zniszczenia i powojenne deportacje.

Świątynia przeszła liczne remonty, m.in. w 1733, 1858 i 1925 roku. Po 1947 roku była nieczynna, aż do momentu, gdy w 1990 roku została zwrócona Kościołowi greckokatolickiemu i stała się siedzibą nowo odrodzonej parafii. W latach 1991–1994 przeszła gruntowną renowację.

Cerkiew wyróżnia się harmonijną, jednonawową bryłą wykonaną z drewna, z prezbiterium, nawą, babińcem i przedsionkiem, nakrytymi kopułami. Wnętrze ozdobione jest polichromią z XVIII wieku, w tym interesującym malowidłem Sąd Ostateczny. Oprócz odnowionego ikonostasu, cerkiew posiada również ikony Matki Boskiej i świętego Mikołaja.
